DELIVERIES TO AUSTRALIA (excluding Northern Territory) ONLY

Delivery charges as follows:

Standard delivery* = $10.00, this is for orders under $80.00

 *Currently standard delivery is between 3-5 working days

  • We will usually process and dispatch an order within 1 working day of receipt of confirmed order (and payment). Deliveries within Australia usually take 3 working days after our dispatch of an order, but can take up to 5 days. Delivery times stated are an estimate only.
  • We deliver by courier for all orders in NSW.
  • We deliver by Auspost for all orders in VIC, SA, QLD, WA, TAS and ACT.
  • We do not currently deliver to NT.

Important information when opening your parcel

Please take extra care when opening your parcel as the bottles are packed in air bags that hold the contents tight and safe while in transit. We recommend that the bag be pierced or cut so it is easier to take the bottle out of the bag. We will not be held responsible for damages that occur if this is not carried out.

Tracking Instructions

When your order is packed and ready for collection you will receive tracking information to enable you to track your parcel delivery.

Payment

We accept the following major payment cards only; Visa and Mastercard.

Payment will, be debited from your account upon receipt of your order.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to process your order and you will be advised that the transaction cannot be processed.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please email us at admin@thedropstore.com.au quoting your order number and we shall make enquiries with Auspost or other appropriate carrier.
